I don’t usually leave reviews, but Dorian definitely deserves one. He was positive, hardworking, and had such a positive attitude throughout my visit. He took his time to make sure everything was done right and didn’t make me feel rushed. It’s employees like him that keep customers coming back. Thank you for the excellent service!

I had a horrible experience. I have been a member for many years. I went in for a quick interior clean, I waited and they brought my car around and told me I was denied service bc I have a trespass violation from 2020. Keep in mind I've been going there for at least 5 years with no problems. It was a different car and different person/plate. They had security near by as they refused me. I have never committed a crime in my life. I spoke to corporate several times and was told once that there was a note but they would get it removed. I called back and the 2nd person said there was nothing noted. I called the Irondequoit sonic and they told me I had the violation and I should have been served with court papers in which I told them the info wasn't incorrect and they treated me like a lying criminal. I spoke with Devin from corporate office two times. She was the only person to show me kindness and empathy and like a customer. In the end the note/violation was removed bc it was a mistake and had it had nothing to do with me. Irondequoit called me back to say their assets team removed the violation and I could come back. No apology, acted like I was finally okay to come back, not like h

Ben did an excellent job cleaning my car at Delta Sonic at the Hudson Ave location! He was friendly, professional, and paid great attention to every detail. My car looks spotless inside and out, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend asking for Ben!

Ben Tobin and Mackie did an excellent job on my car when I came into the detail shop today! Ben was extremely kind when giving me my car and made sure it was up to my standards before I left. My car was cleaned excellently by the two boys I even saw Mackie vigorously vacuuming my car. Their work ethic is unmatched compared to any other delta sonic detail shop in the area! I will definitely be back again maybe even for a full detail next time. I will also make sure to ask for these amazing boys to help ensure I am riding in a clean whip. Thank a lot delta sonic but specifically Mackie and Ben Tobin.

Ben did a fantastic job on my car today. I came into the detail shop and asked him to make sure the center console was cleaned out. When I got it back the center console looked good as new. Ben was also a very respectful and professional young man.
